Full render

Note♦ The prices above are for reference only if you want any other form than the common ones that I usually do above.♦ The price will vary within the range above or above the previously mentioned value depending on the request of the orderer.♦ For paintings that sketch only, lineart only, base color only, the price will be cheaper than full CG/ full render.♦ For paintings that include a costume redesign, or a completely new character design, the price of the commission will be more expensive than the regular price of full CG. But there are some cases where I am allowed to earn % commission based on that value over time they are used. Please discuss further.♦ All commissions will have simple BG unless request.
Commissions with complex backgrounds will be charged differently. (usually from $20~50 if the background is more complex, the value will be higher, this cost is not fixed and they depend on the requirements)♦ Commission's base price here is not including rush fee. If having rush deadline, it will also include additional rush fee.

| ♦ Currency is USD. Please do not discuss the issue of converting USD to other currencies. I do not accept NFT. |
| ♦ Pay via paypal or Wise. Accept payment via kofi for commissions of no more than $100. |
| ♦ Commission is not first come first serve. They will be adjusted in order to fit the time I have (For example, I will prioritize commissions whose details are not too complicated, commissions with a lot of detail will be left later to give me time. and feel secure to draw the most detailed details). But I will usually try to finish in order (since that commission is paid) |
| ♦ I reserve the right to refuse commissions if the ideas, requirements or details of your character that I think I will draw are not good or confident to do that with my artstyle. |
| ♦ Do not accept commissions related to sensitivities such as political and religious issues or racism, discrimination of skin color, content that discriminates against LGBT, gender inequality, promote or encourage reactionaries, or content that infringes upon my country's sovereignty in the Pacific Ocean. |
| ♦ Refund is not feasible. So please think carefully before you commission me. I only refund money in some force majeure cases such as your family really need an urgent amount of money (please show proof and please don't take advantage of my kindness) and personal reasons otherwise I cannot complete your commission I will let you know in advance. |
| ♦ I will send you process of sketching/lineart/ and part of coloring. During sketching stage, you can allowed to ask for edit the detail if you don't like it or it's not like you thought. And in the finishing stage minor adjustments also will be accepted to add/fix. |
| ♦ Please attach the large image file you have or anything that clearly shows your requirements. Please limite refrain from sending me Google Doc/Google Slide as the images are very small and sometimes I cannot follow the details in the pictures to draw them correctly. If I don't follow the requirements you mentioned, you can ask me to correct it during the sketching phase. But if you don't have any specific requirements but leave all the ideas to me, when the sketch was done and you approved that sketch with simple edits(with 1-2 times only so please list all things you want to edit as complete as possible) based on my concept sketches will be at no extra cost. |
| ♦ When the sketches are not what you want if I do my own, you will have to incur additional costs for almost all edits (eg changing poses, changing costumes) depending on the details of the character that you commission me, it will be charged as the price of a commission "sketch only" for the 2nd full change and thereafter. |
| ♦ I retain all rights to my commissions and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction (with client's permissions), self-promotion and displays on Social media and portfolio as samples (with crediting to the client as the owner). |

| ♦ Base price of my commission will always be considered personal use only. You have the right to print and have them used by you or as gifts to friends, all things as long as you don't monetize them. |
| ♦ If it is commercial commission, please let me know in advance. It is strictly forbidden to use any commission personal use for commercial purposes without telling me this in advance. |
| ♦ For commercial purposes, you have full rights to use the artwork for commercial use, including printing and selling derivative products from the artwork. However, please note that I only retain the copyright for the artwork created in my art style, excluding any character design copyrights. Please be aware that if any issues arise with the company that does the character design /creator of the original work, I won't be able to handle copyright-related responsibilities for it. |
| ♦ The time for commissions will be calculated from about 1 month to 3 months from the time you make the payment to me (half or full cost). The time can be extended to the 4th month if I am stuck in some force majeure work, if this is the case, I will let you know in advance. Please be patient. If the above time is exceeded, you have the right to request a refund if you are not patient enough to wait, but the fee for the sketch will not be refunded and you can use the sketch as a sketch commission and price subtracted from the total amount is only equivalent to one artwork with sketch only. |
| ♦ My usual canvas is A5 (I usually use for comm colorsketch) / A4 or larger with commissions full body / full render / full CG with a basic resolution of 300dpi, if you have a request to need a larger file please please let me know. |
